Getting started

How do I create a Hovera account?

Fill in the contact form — we reply within 24h, recommend a plan and create your account. First login arrives by email.

Is there a trial?

Yes — 14 days free for any paid plan. No card required.

How long does setup take?

Self-serve setup takes 30-60 minutes. For larger stables we offer 1:1 onboarding including data import — 2-4 hours over 1-2 calls.

Can I import data from another system?

Yes. We support import from Excel / Google Sheets, Horstable, Nasza Stajnia, EquineM. Other systems via CSV.

Payments & billing

How is billing handled?

Up-front — monthly or annually. Annual = 20% off.

What about VAT?

Every invoice is VAT-compliant. Invoices to a registered company (with VAT ID) carry deductible VAT.

Can I change plan mid-month?

Yes. Upgrade — instant, prorated. Downgrade — from the next period.

What happens if I miss a payment?

Email reminder after 7 days. After 14 days, new features locked (read still works). After 30 days, full lock. Data kept for 90 days.

Security & GDPR

Where is my data stored?

EU data centers (Frankfurt, Warsaw). GDPR-compliant. Encrypted backups, daily, 30-day retention.

Do clients see my data?

Only their own — own passes, rides, invoices. They do not see other clients or the full stable calendar.

How do I delete the account and data?

Profile → Settings → Delete account. We delete data within 30 days. Full data export as JSON is available before deletion.

Do you have ISO 27001?

Currently in the certification process (planned Q4 2026). Already operating to its procedures today.
