The SaaS we'd want to use ourselves
Hovera was born because no system fit how a Polish stable actually runs. So we built our own — with the belief that a stable isn't a corporation, and working with horses isn't a spreadsheet.
From a Google Sheet to a product
We started with one stable and one spreadsheet. Six months in, the spreadsheet had 14 tabs and nobody knew if Anna's pass had run out. We looked for a ready-made tool — Horstable, Equicty, EquineM. Each had its 'but': no e-invoicing, dated UX, no mobile. So we wrote our own. A year in, the codebase served 8 stables by referral. After two — we launched publicly as Hovera.
Product over marketing
We'd rather spend a week improving one feature than running ads. Customers can tell.
Truth about the product
If we don't have something, we say 'we don't'. Roadmap is public, changelog is live.
