Why it works
A stable map like an airport gate board
Stable A: 18 boxes. Stable B: 12. Indoor arena, dressage paddock, outdoor paddock. Each box shows colour, status (occupied / free / service), current horse. Click a box β see its history from day one.
Rotations without chaos
Move Halina from box 4 to box 12 (previous client moved out). The system opens a new BoxAssignment, closes the previous one, keeps the full trail. February's invoice knows both periods.
Real-world boarding services
Full board: grooming, paddock, extra feed, daily cleaning. Half: no weekend paddock. DIY: box only. Each service has a base rate + extras. The client sees a clean line-by-line invoice, not 'why am I paying for this'.
Recurring invoices you don't issue
30 horses Γ set rate Γ 1st of every month. The system generates 30 InvoiceItems (or grouped per owner if they have several horses), pushes to KSeF/Peppol, mails the client. Your work = check the report in the afternoon.
Suspensions, debts, contract end
Client goes away for 2 months β suspend boarding, the next invoice skips automatically. Client overdue 3 months β system sends reminders, blocks public booking, leaves a trail. Contract end β export history and balance to PDF.
