For the owner — 4 steps
1. Enter from, to, when, how many horses. 2. Within hours you receive offers from verified carriers. 3. Pick best by price/rating. 4. Accept the offer → driver locked in, you get a booking number and contact details. You settle the payment and invoice directly with the carrier (bank transfer / cash / online).
For the carrier — full back-office
Add drivers (with licences, ADR and animal-transport certifications, expiry dates), vehicles (gross weight, payload, horse capacity, cameras, climate control). System alerts 30 days before any licence expires. You receive matching requests and quote in one click.
Price your work once, not every time
TransportSettings stores your rates: PLN/km empty, PLN/km loaded, minimum charge, fuel surcharge based on current diesel price, VAT. Once a route is selected, the system computes the quote — you confirm or override.
Automated invoicing (carrier-side)
Once a trip is marked complete it flips to 'to-invoice' status — the system generates the invoice from stored client details and pushes it to KSeF (PL) or Peppol (EU). No manual re-typing, no lost paperwork. The owner settles the invoice directly to the carrier's bank account on the stated terms.
In-app tracking and chat
Once the driver is selected: live GPS route (if vehicle has a tracker), in-panel chat, automated SMS to the owner ('driver picked up', '30 km to go', 'delivered'). No CB radio calls, no 'where is he' stress.
Ratings and history
After each ride both sides leave a 1–5 rating and a comment. Companies see their CSAT, owners pick from a trust ranking. Hovera moderates obvious abuse (spam, hate) but doesn't interfere with substantive feedback.
