Pricing FAQ
Are prices VAT-inclusive?
No. All prices are in Polish zloty (PLN) and net. You pay net + 23% Polish VAT. EU B2B customers with a valid VAT ID — reverse charge (0% VAT). Non-EU customers — usually 0% VAT.
How is Start different from the rest?
Start is the entry tier for small schools and single instructors: up to 15 horses and 30 clients, a multi-arena calendar, horse journal, unlimited online booking, recurring rides and SMS. No passes, no e-invoicing — those start at Stable.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. You choose the new plan on the billing screen and pay in advance; the new period counts from the payment date. Plan changes are not prorated, so it is best to switch near the end of a paid period.
What does the onboarding fee cover?
90-min call, import of clients and horses from Excel / CSV files, calendar and passes setup, public stable page, notifications, and team training for up to 5 people. One-time, regardless of billing period; the amount depends on the plan (Start PLN 1,199, Stable and Pro PLN 1,590). Enterprise rollout is agreed individually.
What does "price lock" mean?
If we raise list prices next year, your rate stays the same. Price lock applies on every yearly, 2- and 3-year contract for the full term. 2- and 3-year terms are arranged individually after you contact us.
How much do I save on a multi-year contract?
Yearly is already cheaper than 12 × monthly — you pay for ten months instead of twelve (Start: PLN 1,490 instead of PLN 1,788; Stable: PLN 2,490 instead of PLN 2,988; Pro: PLN 4,990 instead of PLN 5,988, all net). 2- and 3-year contracts add an extra -5% / -10% on top of the yearly rate, with a price lock for the entire term. 2- and 3-year terms are arranged individually after you contact us.
What happens if I exceed horse or client limits?
We'll suggest an upgrade — your data stays. The system simply prompts a higher limit.
Enterprise plan — what exactly?
No limits on horses, clients or instructors. Everything in Pro plus a dedicated account manager, dedicated support, and a rollout and integrations whose scope we agree individually. Individual quote — ask us for a number.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. You accept Terms online and you are good to go. Enterprise customers get a framework agreement.
